Joseph D. Frank is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a BS in Business Administration.  Joe began his career as a Registered Representative with Bache and Company and moved from there to Connecticut General Life Insurance Company as a Registered Representative specializing in closely held businesses.  He specializes in retirement and legacy planning and has worked with businesses and their employees to develop well-defined company benefit plans.  Joe and his wife, Susan, live in Woodstown in the historic Seven Stars House on Kings Highway.


Thomas C. Leonards is a graduate of Penn State with a Masters in Counseling/Psychology from Villanova University.   He earned his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from the American College with an emphasis on retirement and estate preservation.  He is registered as an independent broker to offer investment products as well as life and health insurance products.  Tom consulted with author Craig MacBean on his book, Thriving After 55, and has served on the adjunct faculty at Drexel University.  Tom and his wife, Dianne, live in Wyndmoor, PA.


Andrew S. Frank is registered as an independent broker.  He specializes in helping our younger clients focus on the accumulation phase of their legacy planning.   Andy attended Western State College in Gunnison, Colorado, and lived and worked there for 21 years.   He returned to New Jersey in January 2004 as part of a "succession plan" for FrankLeonards&Frank, LLC - one that will assure the continuity of our business for our clients.   Andy and his wife, Hope, and their three children live in Woodstown.
